I need a redelivery / I sent someone a gift and they never got it / I lost my items!
- Please use the redelivery HUD located in any roslyn. package, OR stop by the store and use our redelivery terminal.
- If you purchased on the marketplace, you can also get redeliveries from there. Visit the product page, click the date you purchased (comes up at the top in a green tab) and redeliver there.
How do I earn/use store credit?
- Wear your roslyn. group tag while you're shopping either in-store or in our warehouse to earn store credit. you can use your store credit by right clicking any roslyn. vendor, clicking "Touch" or "Menu" > Buy > Store Credit > Confirm
I accidentally bought something twice!
- roslyn. staff will happily refund you if our vendor system has not done it already. Please open a ticket in the #support channel of our Discord Server with your Second Life username, transaction ID(s), and the amount that you need refunded. A member of staff will get back to you ASAP.
